1. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original end-user:

  • Main Products: Covered for a period based on the consumer warranty laws in your country of purchase.

  • Accessories: All adapters, tips, and cables carry a one (1) year warranty.

  • Promotional Items: Free items included for promotional purposes are not eligible for warranty and have no cash value.

2. How to Claim Your Warranty

To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, store name, model, and serial number.

  2. Intact Serial Number: Warranty coverage may be refused if the serial number has been removed, altered, or made illegible.

  3. Registration: We recommend registering your product on our website under the Support menu for faster service.

Note: Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point of purchase during the first 30 days. After this period, please contact TennRich directly at www.energizerpowerpacks.com.

3. What is Covered?

TennRich will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or the product itself with a new or refurbished product. Any replacement unit maintains the remaining warranty period of the original product.

4. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship and does not cover:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Periodic checks, maintenance, and battery capacity degradation over time.

  • Misuse & Abuse: Damage resulting from accidents, drops, liquids, fire, improper ventilation, or usage not consistent with the manual.

  • Unauthorized Service: Any product where repair has been attempted by an unauthorized service center.

  • Non-Approved Accessories: Defects caused by using the product with chargers or accessories not approved by TennRich.

  • Missing Items: Claims for items missing from the original package must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

5. Important Legal Notes

  • Non-Transferable: This warranty is for the original purchaser only.

  • Final Decision: TennRich reserves the right to make the final determination regarding problem diagnosis and service options.

  • Liability: TennRich shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
