What is the “Free Tips For Life” program?
This program guarantees that all registered owners of Energizer Power Packs will become a lifetime member of our “Free Tips for Life” program. We offer our product owners two Free tips per year, so if they upgrade their electronic devices they can continue to use our Power Packs. A small fee is charged for shipping and handling costs.
Where can I buy additional tips for my Power Packs?
If your product is registered on our website, you are eligible to receive two Free Tips a year with our “Free Tips For Life” program. The tips are Free, however we charge a minimal shipping and handling fee for each tip. In order to receive additional tips, you can order from our online store at full price plus shipping and handling.
How long have Energizer Power Packs been available?
Energizer Power packs became available in 2009.

Portable Power is power that charges electronic devices without having to use a wall adapter.
What is a Power Pack?
