If my laptop has more than 3.5 mAh can I still use the XP18000?
Yes, however you may not get as much usage time due to the higher amperage of your laptop, which will use up the Power Pack much faster.

If I purchase more than one Energizer Power Pack am I able to get two “Free Tips for Life” for each Power Pack?
Yes. Each Power Pack that you register will include two Free Tips.
The manual for my Power Pack says to charge my Power Pack for eight hours prior to use. If I do not do so and use the device right away what are the risks for my Power Pack?
There are no risks. Energizer Power Packs are shipped with an approximate 75% charge. We recommend charging the Power Pack once you receive it so you will start with a full charge.
What area of the Tip is positive and negative?
The inside of the Tip is positive and the exposed ends are negative
