FAQ:
What is EMC?
Electro Magnetic Compatibility - is the correct operation, in the same electromagnetic environment of different equipment in close proximity, which use electromagnetic phenomena, and the avoidance of any interference effects.
Why does correct voltage matter and what is the tolerance level of typical products?
Using correct voltage insures that your product will not be damaged. Tolerance is typically around +/- 0.6 volts. Energizer provides auto voltage sensing technology, different cable sizes & color-coding, to insure safe and proper delivery of the correct voltage to your device.
What is a Born Date?
The Born Date is the date that the battery cells in your Energizer Power Pack have been activated before integration into the Power Pack. This helps guarantee the freshness of your battery cells.
What type of battery cell is an Energizer Power Pack?
All Energizer Power Packs use lithium polymer battery cells – the safest and most efficient lithium technology available.
Is lithium polymer a safe battery cell?
Yes, lithium polymer battery cells are a safer battery technology, compared to Lithium ion battery cells which are used more commonly.
