Currently our products can be simply defined as two types.

Docking Chargers

AP1000, AP1500, AP1200 (XPal Power old model): Only for iPhone 3G, 3GS

AP1201: Only for iPhone 4

AP1202: For iPod touch (but not supporting iPod touch 4 because AP1202 was produced before the 4th generation launch to the market. AP1202 case can't fit the latest generation)

AP250: Support devices can be charged by using mini USB charging port. (device spec not over 5V/1A).

AP500, AP650: Support devices can be charged by using micro USB charging port. (device spec not over 5V/1A and both of them does not charge Blackberry Bold)

* For AP250, AP500 and AP650, they all have a L-shape appearance. Besides the spec, customer might also need to consider about the device case mechanical design. Not all devices using mini/micro USB port can be plugged.

Universal Chargers (Portable Chargers & External Batteries)

XP600, XP1000, XP2000, XP4000, XP4001, XP8000, XP18000

Depends on different output ports they have, they can support various of devices. Universal series are more complicated, I'll try to make some application materials for your reference later. All of them support mobile phones. (*XP600 can support "cell phones", but can't support many "smart phones" due to spec limitations.

Typically it will take up to three hours to fully charge the Energizer_® Portable Charger after the initial charge. Smaller Portable Chargers should take less time, and larger Portable Chargers or External Batteries may take slightly longer.

When you connect your Portable Charger to your device for charging, press the “Check/On” button on the top of your Portable Charger. The Portable Charger LED lights will turn on showing the amount of charge left in the Portable Charger and your device should show that it is charging.

Yes. The power packs are safe for use and commercial travel. In addition, we use a mathematical circuit control unit with built in proprietary software to control and regulate temperature, voltage and current. Our batteries are made of Lithium Polymer which is a much safer technology.
